Bitter Sweet Picture Overload!!!!!

So my handsome little boy is having surgery in less than 2 weeks so i have to take as many pictures as i can of his wide smile so #1 he can see them one day and see how far he has come and #2 i just realized in two weeks i will never be able to take another picture of him again with his cleft they way it is, and to be honest it makes me a little teary. Paul says i am silly because i cried when i found out that Max would have a cleft and now i am crying because it is going to be fixed. I know I know i am just a big fat girl and shouldn't be crying but he i have just gotten so used to his cleft and have grown to adore and love his smile so much i am not exactly sure i want it to go away! Anyway here are some pictures i have taken lately and believe me there will be many more to come in the next few weeks.

This is one of my favorites. Paul is such an amazing Dad and i love him so so much, as does Max he is so good with him and they have so much fun together. doesn't his picture just make you want to hug them!!

Nothing Beats Smiles, Love and Sugar Cookies!!!!

Max had his first adventure in the kitchen with me this week, he is finally able to sit up on the counter with me in his bambo chair(which i adore) and we made sugar cookies for Dad and the rest of the fire department i am sure. Anyway loads of fun and i know i always say this but he is adorable!

This is the nothing beats love part of my title for this post, is this not the most precious picture ever. i am so lucky that my child has such great grandparents. Not only are my parents so amazing to him but Grandma and Grandpa Jones just love him to pieces as well they just do it from a distance.

And TADA this is the smiles part we were singing songs and Paul was making him dance! i know fun huh yep that should be our middle name is fun!

Fun Filled Saturday!!!

So one of Paul and my new years resolutions is to be more active as a family so today we went for a hike! it was wonderful to get outside together and spend quality time as a family.

This is horseshoe bend the beautiful place we hiked to i can't believe i have lived here most of my life and only have come here a handful of times!

Oh My Freekin Gosh!!!

Seriously he is the cutest little person ever! i know i know everyone says that about their child but how can you look at that face in these pictures and not agree with me! I know you can't!
I almost caught his smile in this one!
And would you look at those beautiful baby blues, don't they just melt your heart and make you want to squeeze him til you cant squeeze any tighter! i know i am one proud mama but how could you not be with a son this adorable and fun and cute and oh i could go on forever!
